so recently got into alicia keys, been culling the music on my computer
ive decided 16,600 songs is too many and trying to get it down to 16000

but its introduced me to songs i hadnt really listened to, including alicia keys
know what it means to fly, god i love that song, so i went to youtube to see if they had a video

and look what i found, this is what i think of when i think of apping books as hypertext projects
the kind of thing i want to do with my rootwork press, a harmony of the word, music and graphics

be nice to come up with an app that lets children (or adults) do these kinds of projects at home or in class

tara books has agreed to do a brer rabbit collection
ima try to use this model to digitize it, or rather pay

somebody else to digitize it

god i love the game

changing rootwork.com into a news aggregator site did not work
way too labor intensive now that the schoolhouse got me

schoolhouse, everyday is catchup - & my backedup manuscript pile getting bigger each day
had one exstudent send me mulitple versions of her novel & chapters in it

but she one of my specialfolk, one of the ones i love unconditionally, & ima a sucker for exstudents who
still value my input, so i got to try to wade thru it, digest it well enuf to give her viable feedback that will

help and not hinder

okay, enough whining, what to do w/rootwork.com, i think ima make it an online magazine, something
that wont be so fracking labor intensive (note that crack on fracking, kinda cute, dont you think)

so, recently gave a presentation on the use of digital and performance modalities in my work, miked
my kalimba for the 1st time ever, felt like muddy waters up in there, then bam, hit them w/the content

and one of the things i claimed in that presentation was that on my blog, i give you, dear regulators,
perspectives that will empower you, which is what i have always called myself doing, but

consciously saying it raises the ante somehow, ima try to step up for you
but right now im buried, have not worked on holybook since school started

hopefully get some of my work in today, so some quick commentary and im out of here:

obama seem to be holding on, romneys problem is that if he say anything sensible the repub base
will crucify him, and he cant really tell the american people that he support unleashing the 1%,

that he will bainalize them to the best of his and their ability, he cant even put on a
good front w/o pissing off a repub base that hate anything that sound reasonable

taxes, war, immigrating, economics, government, anything sound reasonable and they will crucify him
which is a good thing, otherwise obama be in danger, saw a billboard in nyc little while back said:

"mitt romney for president?  that guy couldnt even beat obama" - that was cold

been sending obama money regular, i dont want the brother to go out a loser, want to give him another shot
 & deathly afraid of a republican win unleashing their darwinian warmongering worldview - i shudder to think:

okay, quick commentary on international affairs:

- obama still resisting israels demand that we outsource decision on when america goes to war to them
- libyan demos against militias support obamas strategy of supporting democratic change in arab spring
- mali perplexes me, what good is a militaty junta that cant protect its own country, weve lost that one

one more point: new romney ad claiming he cares 100%, dem response kneecapped him before the digitals was dry
